Responsibilities
- Plan & achieve sales targets by generating revenue within the stipulated time.
- Create strategies for growth in sales/business volumes in existing markets & identify new markets
- Devise and implement sound business strategies/ promotional programs so as to explore new markets/ clients for our services.
- Manage, Build, and Motivate Sales and Marketing Team.
- Prepare sales/business reports.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
- Provide timely feedback to the senior management regarding performance.
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in business management or relevant field.

- Should have a proven track record for achieving sales targets.

HR Excellence (Pvt.) Ltd. is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Senior Sales Manager in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors/masters qualification and atleast 10 years of experience. The position require sales, revenue, time, business, sound, promotional, build, marketing, team, quality, relationship, feedback, senior management, performance, requirements, business management, field, negotiation skills, industry mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 5 to 4 (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
