Job Description

Forsee Logistics is seeking an energetic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the transportation of goods for our clients — ensuring smooth communication, timely deliveries, and efficient operations between clients and drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and arrange freight transportation services for clients.

• Maintain strong professional relationships with drivers and clients.

• Ensure timely deliveries within budget constraints.

• Negotiate rates and provide optimal logistics solutions.

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, interactions, and sales.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) — mandatory.

• Experience in US-based logistics, dispatch, or freight brokerage is a plus.

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and customer service abilities.

• Willingness to work the night shift ( PM – AM PST).

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
