Key Accountabilities:
- Overall operational activities
- Technical support to the department

- Obtaining the cases from client and distributing among the subordinates equally and taking follow ups.
- Manage and monitor team.
- Make efforts to gat highest output from available resources
- Coordinate timely closure of all cases received by ensuring process wise work
- Setting objectives and ensuring they are achieved by mobilizing resources.
- Help and lead to improve team and organizational criteria’
- Collaborate with higher management and other partners to set the data strategy and analytics, Pipeline
- Build and keep client records up to date
- Timely revert to the management and grasping complex situation and turning into manageable tasks
- Facilitate team mates.
- Motivational session/speeches for employees to work more effectively,
- Handle email and sheets
- Identifying the problems and provide solutions to resolve them
- Build robust processes for data security and privacy
- Manage and Training new member on boarding & off boarding
- Checking the quality of the result receive before completing and sharing the case to client
- Responsible for each team member of their professional development
- Ensure the security and privacy between the team members includes (Password, NICs Emails, Addresses, Numbers etc.)
