Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for building maintenance of insurance Company Lahore.
  • Repair & Maintenance of AICL Branches.
  • Follow-up all daily matter with Maintenance Staff.
  • Processing of Invoices / payments of all Contractors & Maintenance Staff.
  • Responsible for Rental Lease Management:
  • Collection of rental income & maintenance charges from tenants.
  • Collection of expenses from tenants.
  • Payments of rentals to lessors.
  • Dealing with Govt. Departments:
  • Responsible for the maintenance of EOBI records.
  • Dealing with (EPA) Environmental Protection Agency matters.
  • Maintaining records of all agreements of various vendors & tenants.
  • Maintenance of records / files of building construction & maintenance projects.
  • Maintaining the details of GSD expenses.
  • Maintaining the details of rental expenses.
  • Acquisition / vacation / Shifting of Company offices.
  • Renovation of AICL Branches where required.
  • Responsible for the arrangement of Uniform of HRSG Staff.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques through third party.
  • Any other job assigned by HOD.
Education/ Experience/ Skills:
  • Qualification Graduation
  • Experience – years relevant experience
  • Hands on experience on Key accountabilities
  • Good Communication skill (written and spoken)
  • Good command on MS Office
  • Ability to learn & adapt quickly
  • Should have good analytical skills & problem-solving attitude

The ideal candidate should have graduation qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require building maintenance, house, repair, maintenance, staff, processing, payments, contractors, management, expenses, dealing, govt, protection, agency, agreements, building construction, acquisition, hrsg, equipment, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calling, third party, communication, ms office, analytical skills, graduation mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 50 to 60 (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
