- Responsible for building maintenance of insurance Company Lahore.
- Repair & Maintenance of AICL Branches.
- Follow-up all daily matter with Maintenance Staff.
- Processing of Invoices / payments of all Contractors & Maintenance Staff.
- Responsible for Rental Lease Management:
- Collection of rental income & maintenance charges from tenants.
- Collection of expenses from tenants.
- Payments of rentals to lessors.
- Dealing with Govt. Departments:
- Responsible for the maintenance of EOBI records.
- Dealing with (EPA) Environmental Protection Agency matters.
- Maintaining records of all agreements of various vendors & tenants.
- Maintenance of records / files of building construction & maintenance projects.
- Maintaining the details of GSD expenses.
- Maintaining the details of rental expenses.
- Acquisition / vacation / Shifting of Company offices.
- Renovation of AICL Branches where required.
- Responsible for the arrangement of Uniform of HRSG Staff.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques through third party.
- Any other job assigned by HOD.
