Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketer to lead and execute data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online growth, managing campaigns, and optimizing digital channels to increase brand awareness, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies

Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

Oversee SEO, SEM, and website performance improvements

Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns

Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics

Generate leads and improve conversion rates through data-driven decisions

Manage content marketing strategies (blogs, landing pages, email campaigns)

Coordinate with design and development teams for campaign execution

Monitor trends and competitor activities in the digital space

Prepare reports and present insights to management

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

– years of experience in digital marketing

Proven experience in running paid campaigns and lead generation

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing

Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and team collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills

Experience in B B marketing and software/IT industry

Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)

Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and landing page optimization

Experience with A/B testing and growth hacking strategies
