Description
Required an Architect for Mixed-use Development projects.
Job Responsibility
Creating building designs and working on details.
Meet with clients to determine objectives and requirements for projects
Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.
Attending regular meetings with clients, and other stakeholders.
Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.
In-house team management i/c delegating tasks & leading everyone in best interest of the project.
NCA, Comsats graduates are preferred.
An architect should
Have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions ( D).
Be creative and passionate about his/ her work.

The ideal candidate should have master qualification and atleast 25 years of experience. The position require development, building, requirements, design, proposals, planning, impact, project, team, management, drawing, creative mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
