Description

Responsibilities:

*Keeping updated records with HR and Finance

*Ensure sales targets are met

*Ultimately, it will help to boost client satisfaction and increase our revenues.

* Oversee daily salon operations including (Supervising staff, Scheduling shifts )

* Hire and arrange trainings for existing and new services as needed

* Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality

* Organize the progression plan / trainings and assessments and implementation.

* Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock (with the help of stock list).

* Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment (with the help of maintenance team)

* Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations (corona and otherwise).

* Ensure all salon services meet high quality standards.

* Contact or coordinate with PR department to promote services, products and discounts when applicable

* Receive payments from clients and track all transactions (with cashier)

* Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)

Requirements

* Proven work experience as a Beauty Salon Manager or similar role

* Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)

* Basic bookkeeping knowledge

* Excellent organizational skills

* Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace

* BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field
