Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Salesman to promote and sell our products to retail shops. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting shops, building strong relationships with shopkeepers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely cash recovery from clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit shops on a daily basis to introduce and sell company products.

Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers.

Collect payments/cash from clients and submit to the company on the same day.

Ensure proper record keeping of sales and collections.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

Provide daily/weekly sales and recovery reports to management.

Maintain knowledge of product features and competitive offerings.

Requirements:

Minimum education: Matric / Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred but not mandatory).

Previous experience in sales, distribution, or cash recovery will be preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Honest, trustworthy, and responsible in handling cash.

Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.

Motorcycle with valid license (preferred for market visits).

The ideal candidate should have matric/intermediate qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require salesman, retail, building, sales, cash, recovery, basis, record keeping, customer, complaints, feedback, professional, product, education, intermediate, distribution, communication, negotiation, handling, license, market mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 35k to 45k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
