Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for silicone sealants and adhesives.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in construction, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing of silicone products, sealants, adhesives, or related construction/industrial chemicals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of silicone products and their applications is preferred.

The ideal candidate should have graduation qualification and atleast 4 years of experience. The position require management, dynamic, sales, marketing executive, marketing, awareness, adhesives, construction, industrial, manufacturing, build, product, training, market, feedback, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, marketing campaigns mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 50k to 60k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
