Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, accounts payable/receivable, billing, reconciliations, and financial records. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and preferably experience in the textile/manufacturing/export industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare customer invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
Record sales, purchases, expenses, and other financial transactions.
Perform daily bank and cash reconciliations.
Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up for payments.
Verify supplier invoices and coordinate payment processing.
Maintain petty cash and prepare petty cash reports.
Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.
Prepare aging reports for receivables and payables.
Maintain proper documentation for all accounting transactions.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse, production, and logistics departments.
Assist in payroll and employee-related accounting matters.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Perform other accounting tasks assigned by management.

Bank reconciliation accuracy
Petty cash accuracy
Monthly closing completion
Reduction of overdue receivables
Timely submission of financial reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, M.Com, ACCA, or related field.
– years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of AP, AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and general accounting.
Good command of MS Excel.
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems is preferred.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good English communication and reporting skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
