Position: Sales Executive or Sales Broker (Strong English (US accent preferred)
Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Timings: US Eastern Time pm- am
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive or Sales Broker with excellent communication skills and a fluent US accent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers through persuasive communication, maintaining high call quality, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound/inbound sales calls to potential clients based in the US.
• Communicate effectively in English with a neutral to strong US accent.
• Present and promote products/services confidently to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Handle objections professionally and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and report performance updates to management.
Requirements:
• Minimum years of preferred experience with international companies’ roles.
• Fluent English communication (US accent preferred) is mandatory.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
