- Key Performance Indicators – Maintaining a good score by carrying out all the daily task and assignments specified in the KPIs by the team lead. Please refer below to get a better insight of the daily tasks and assignments.
- Lead Generation Report – Prepare a daily report on the incoming leads and opportunities, in USA, using different online platforms and discuss the report with team members to shortlist relevant/executable opportunities on the daily basis.
- Proposals Preparation - After thoroughly reading the requirements for each assigned opportunity, design a solution for the end-user and prepare a technically viable and cost-effective proposal, meeting all the terms and conditions listed.
- Vendor Relations – Improving relations with the existing vendors and developing new relations with other vendors to sign up with new brands for authorization, quote and deal registrations.
- Tracking and Documentation – Acquiring tracking details of shipped orders from the vendors and updating them in the database. Keep a track of all the submitted opportunities and document the results.
- Knowledge of biddding and project acquisition is a plus.
