Description

Position Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Johar Town Lahore
Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is enthusiastic about sales and eager to jumpstart their career in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This position offers the chance to develop essential skills, gain valuable experience, and grow within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and customer outreach.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales documents and presentations.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments, ensuring clear communication and coordination of efforts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including updating customer databases, tracking sales progress, and generating sales reports.
Assist in the preparation and execution of sales campaigns and promotions, both online and offline.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies.
Assist with the organization and coordination of sales events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm for sales and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry.
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
