Role Overview:
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing order processing, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring efficient communication between departments. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced pharmaceutical distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing daily operations and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of medicines.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve order-related issues.
Maintain and update client records, sales data, and reports.
Track inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for stock requirements.
Prepare sales quotes related documents as needed.
Communicate with pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers regarding product availability and lead times.
Assist in preparing sales performance reports and analytics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in documentation and processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,related field.
years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
Familiarity with medicine names, categories, and distribution processes is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/CRM systems.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Job Specification
Health Plus Distributar is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Sales Coordinator in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Rawalpindi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have minimum bachelors qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require analytics, strong communication skills, sales strategy, administration mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 40k to 40k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
