Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who wants to learn and move forward in his career. We will provide training for new tools and procedures.

Sales and Support Executive job responsibilities include lead generate, mature the leads by providing the guidance to potential customers about the company existing products. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator along with strong knowledge about the POS software to build a sustainable relationship with customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Demonstration to clients about the software products
Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate solution.
Follow up with the clients and complete the CSR tasks.
Software deployment and training to customers at customers premises.
Provide software support and help them to troubleshoot and solve their software related issues.
Provide support both technical and general in person through email or Text chat.
Gather customer feedback by signing the pre-defined feedback form.
Build positive relationship with the customer.
Follow the standard policies and procedures.
Contribute and maintain the knowledge base related with software new changes.
