Description

Key Responsibilities

. Inbound & Receiving Operations

Supervise inbound receiving of pharmacy stock

Ensure submission of required documentation for all focused Purchase Orders (POs)

Upload invoices on a daily basis and maintain organized monthly records

Ensure timely and accurate completion of put-away processes (LBI batches)

. Stock Transfers & Inventory Control

Oversee timely execution of all Stock Transfers (STs), including reverse transfers

Ensure compliance with transfer protocols, avoiding improper returns after “Ready for Pickup” status

Conduct weekly team sessions to reinforce accuracy and compliance

Develop and monitor standardized Stock Transfer processes

. Expiry, FIFO & Shrinkage Management

Ensure no expired or damaged products are present on shelves

Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles in inventory handling

Maintain accurate records for shrinkage, near-expiry items, and pharmacy waste

Regularly update Shrinkage and Waste Trackers (including Alico Waste Tracker)

Key Skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent leadership and team management abilities

Sound understanding of inventory systems and warehouse operations

Ability to ensure compliance with healthcare and safety regulations

The position require operations, teamwork, leader, distribution, inbound, receiving, pharmacy, documentation, purchase, basis, stock, inventory, execution, compliance, protocols, returns, monitor, fifo, shrinkage, waste, leadership, team management, warehouse, healthcare, safety mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 60k to 70k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
