Description

Position: Pharmacy Administrator


Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Pharmacy Administrator to oversee the daily administrative and operational activities of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, monitoring pharmacy operations, maintaining records, preparing account summaries, and ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and administrative functions.
Supervise and coordinate pharmacy staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management activities.
Prepare and review sales reports, account summaries, and operational records.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Handle scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring of pharmacy staff.
Coordinate with suppliers and management regarding operational needs.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems.
Address customer concerns and support service quality initiatives.
