Hiring: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Rice & HoReCa Sales

Location: DHA Phase , Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage rice and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Retail Stores) sales across the Punjab region.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with HoReCa clients and rice distributors.

Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.

Ensure effective team management and performance tracking of sales staff.

Collaborate with supply chain and marketing teams for smooth execution.

Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.

Requirements:

Minimum – years of sales experience in rice and/or HoReCa segment.

Strong network and market knowledge in Punjab region.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
