Description
This is a full-time on-site role for new hiring at Weldon Paint Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., located in Lahore. The Recruiting Officer will be responsible foroverseeing and managing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks will involve developing HR policies, conducting interviews, coordinating training and development programs, handling employee grievances, and maintaining employee records.

The ideal candidate should have graduation qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require hiring, paint, hr functions, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, labor laws, conducting interviews, training, development, handling, employee grievances mandatory skills.
