Calling all fresh graduates!

EZlink Tech Services is on the lookout for Debt Recovery Officers.

As a Recovery Officer you will be responsible for finding people who owe money from overdue loans, debts, bills, and negotiate their payment. This is an office based job and paid training will be provided on-site.

Responsibilities:

Keep track of outstanding debts.

Plan a course of action to recover owed money.

Negotiate payoff deadlines and suitable payment plans.

Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.

Update account status and database regularly.

Handle customers' questions or complaints.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a customer service representative is preferred but not necessary.

Excellent negotiating skills.

Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Patience and resilience.

Compensation details:

Rs. - Rs. per month
