Job description

The Project Liaison Officer is needed in international charitable organization He will oversee and support on aspects of the Projects

· To ensure that business services are accomplished in an effective, efficient and timely manner and in compliance with all legislative, policy and procedural guidelines of organization, as applicable.

· Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the organization.

· Provide technical, administrative and financial support on the implementation of the project activities.

· Coordinating and supporting meetings, events, and workshops and development of awareness materials and activities.

· Raising awareness of project objectives and outputs to the donors.

· Use creative and innovative ways to promote community engagement.

· Assist in the preparation of work-plans, internal reports, and donor reports.

· Addressing obstacles that may affect project implementation

· Facilitating meetings and cooperation among people, agencies and organizations;

· Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entities of contact.

Skills

·You must have had experience of working within a client liaison or client engagement role in the past.

·You must have an understanding of planning consents and site possessions.

·You must have had exposure to land access previously as an intermediary.

·Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.

·Capability to negotiate with and influence others.
