Description

Execute acceleration program for each cycle

Execute international and local partnerships and sponsors mandates

Setting up the different processes for startups to use university services

Oversee and supervise program account coordinators, senior account coordinators, account officers

Ensure timely delivery of services to startups

Oversee team learning progress and ensure proper entrepreneurial business coaching is properly conducted with startups

Manage training schedule for accelerated startups

Schedule for and implement additional trainings required for startups development

Acquire and engage highly specialized mentors

Work with CEOs of startups towards meeting their milestones and launching their businesses

Report startup progress over cycle phases

Analyze session feedback and recommend amendments

Develop budgets and activity timelines with APTs and grantees.

Analyze activity impact, including conducting final evaluations in collaboration with M&E staff.

Identify areas for innovation and improvement around the programme.

Calendar management (mentors, talks, events, general programming)

Deep understanding of investment industry terminology and players in the alternative investment industry

Experience at an asset management firm (alternative investments) or as a consultant in relevant asset classes.

Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree

Master’s degree is a plus

Experience: to years of experience, year in entrepreneurship or relevant fields is a plus

Please Note:- This Job Requires travel from out of city of within city.
