Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the preparation of work plans
• Support the project institutional capacity building 
  
• Administrative, financial and logistical support to the project staff
• Support communication and information management
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on the decisions with stakeholders
• Provide monitoring support to the program staff
• Support development of data collection tools
• Assist in secondary and primary data collection related to the core indicators of the program
• Provide data management and analysis service to the project staff
• Conduct and collate program data
• Draft policy briefs, reports and any other documents required by the program team
• Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and are of high quality
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the program team

• Adaptable and flexible, willing to travel to remote field areas with basic living conditions

• Proficiency in STATA and SPSS preferred
