Description

Soft Nation Technologies is looking for Procurement Executive to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors for goods and materials.

Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.

Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain optimal stock levels.

Track and ensure timely delivery of purchased items; resolve delivery and quality issues.

Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier details, pricing, and order histories.

Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements and delivery timelines.

Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings or improved service.

Assist in vendor performance evaluations and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum year of experience in procurement or supply chain management

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
