Job Description:
We are looking for a professional Processing Officer to guide clients, prepare documentation, and manage visa applications for different countries. The candidate must have good communication skills, confidence, and the ability to handle clients independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide counseling to clients regarding visa categories, requirements, eligibility, and process
Prepare, review, and submit visa applications for multiple countries
Collect, verify, and organize client documents
Maintain application files, case logs, and follow-ups
Communicate with clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-office meetings
Assist in drafting forms, cover letters, and supporting documents
Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all cases
Maintain a professional and positive client experience
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, or relevant field)
Strong command of English & Urdu
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Email drafting
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
