Description

We are hiring on behalf of one of our valued clients for the position of Accounts Officer at a premium retail outlet located in DHA Phase (Murtaza Commercial), Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Prepare payment vouchers, journal vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Handle tax-related documentation, including Sales Tax and Income Tax.
- Support internal and external audits by providing the required financial records and documentation.
- Ensure all accounting records are accurate, properly maintained, and up to date.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance Bcom, BBA, or a related field.
- – years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Job Details:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: : AM – : PM
