About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Presales Engineer – Cybersecurity Solutions to support enterprise customers and channel partners by designing and delivering secure identity, encryption, and data protection solutions across the APAC region.

The successful candidate will act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) and work closely with sales teams to provide solution guidance, technical enablement, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical presales support for PKI, HSM, IAM, certificate security, and encryption solutions

Gather customer requirements and develop solution architecture and sizing recommendations

Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and partner enablement sessions

Support RFP/RFQ responses with accurate technical and commercial information

Advise customers on cybersecurity best practices, governance, and compliance frameworks

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with customer requirements

Stay current with cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and security standards

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

– + years of experience in cybersecurity presales, PKI, IAM, or digital identity solutions

Experience with Entrust or similar PKI/IAM platforms is strongly preferred

Strong understanding of encryption, certificate lifecycle management, HSMs, and key management

Skills Required

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong stakeholder and partner management abilities

Technical problem-solving and analytical thinking

Ability to conduct customer workshops and technical discussions

Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity environments
