Job Summary

Jubilee Family Takaful is seeking motivated and energetic Sales Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Family Takaful products, building strong relationships with clients, and helping individuals and families secure their financial future through Shariah-compliant financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
* Meet with potential clients to understand their financial needs.
* Present and explain Family Takaful plans and benefits.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
* Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and market developments.

Requirements

* Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
