Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns while driving organic growth through SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in lead generation, conversion tracking, website optimization, marketing automation, and AI-powered marketing tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

* Develop lead generation strategies to maximize conversions and ROI.

* Set up and manage Pixels, Conversion APIs, Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and tracking systems.

* Work closely with the website development team to create landing pages, lead forms, and conversion-focused marketing funnels.

* Optimize website and social media platforms for SEO, keyword rankings, and organic visibility.

* Implement retargeting, remarketing, and audience segmentation strategies.

* Automate lead collection, reporting, and marketing workflows using modern tools and technologies.

* Utilize AI-powered marketing tools to improve campaign performance and reduce advertising costs.

* Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

* Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

* Proven experience in SEO for websites and social media platforms.

* Hands-on experience with Lead Generation Campaigns and Conversion Optimization.

* Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Pixels, Conversion Tracking, and Marketing Automation Tools.

* Ability to coordinate with website developers for campaign integration and performance optimization.

* Familiarity with AI tools for digital marketing, content optimization, automation, and campaign management.

* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
