Essential Job Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture: Design and architect scalable, robust, and efficient ERP solutions tailored to the company's requirements.
Functional Analysis: Work with various business units to translate their requirements into ERP functionalities.
Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize ERP modules, fields, forms, records, and workflows to fulfill business needs.
Testing: Lead testing initiatives, including creating test cases, performing system and UAT tests, and coordinating user acceptance testing.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Training: Provide training to end-users and ensure that they understand and utilize ERP to its fullest potential.
Support: Act as a primary point of contact for ERP related issues, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Oracle's latest features and best practices to recommend improvements and optimizations to the current setup.
Project Management: Lead and manage Oracle ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy [MBA, M.Com, ACCA (part qualified), ACMA (part qualified)],
Minimum years’ experience in Oracle ERP implementation, configuration, and customization.
Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
Experience with ERP modules such as ERP, CRM, and HRM.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
