Description

As an Operations Admin at Ignitech Solutions, you will be responsible for proficiently managing Excel spreadsheets, analyzing data, and creating documents to support various company operations

  • Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Develop formulas, macros, and pivot tables to streamline data analysis.
  • Use Excel to generate reports, graphs, and visualizations for decision-making.
  • Document Preparation:
  • Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Communicate complex information in a clear, understandable manner.
  • Scenario Understanding:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand specific scenarios, data requirements, and documents.
  • Adapt analysis and document creation to address the unique needs of different projects.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Perform regular data validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Proofread and edit documents to guarantee error-free, high-quality deliverables.
  • Documentation Management:
  • Maintain organized records of documents and versions for future reference.
  • Implement best practices for document storage and retrieval.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Data Analysis).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and document creation software (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint) is a plus

Falak Rashid is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Operations Admin in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Islamabad - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require operations, solutions, excel, spreadsheets, data, documents, support, formulas, macros, pivot, tables, professional, branding, complex, analysis, data validation, data integrity, storage, field, business finance, microsoft, communication skills, data visualization, tools, software, word, powerpoint mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 30k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
