Job Description:

As a Share Buyback Analyst, you will play a crucial role in reviewing pre-automatically collected disclosure information and accurately incorporating this data into the company’s proprietary database. Your expertise will ensure that the information regarding share buyback programs is meticulously examined, validated, and categorized for further analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Analyze share buyback disclosure documents to extract pertinent information.

Enter and manage data within the proprietary database with high accuracy.

Ensure data integrity by cross-verifying entered information with source documents.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and compliance regulations related to share buybacks.

Collaborate with the buyback team to optimize data collection and entry processes.

Generate reports and provide insights based on the extracted data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in financial data analysis or a similar role.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Proficient in using financial databases and understanding their interfaces.
