Job Responsibilities
- Manage the Technical Support Operations, IT Infrastructure, Service Delivery and Support teams
- Build and Manage Technical Support and Service Delivery team
- Participate in Solution Designing with pre-sales team and engineering teams
- Provide L Support to Customers and Development team
- Build effective Training and Development System of the teams
Soft Skills: Written and Verbal Communication skills, Team player, Quick learner and Doer
Technical Skills
Skills & Experience
Should have solid background and hand-on experience on the following
 Strong Team management, leadership and interpersonal skills
 Managing the Contact center IT/Technical operations
 IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL framework)
 Expert level Linux System Administration, Shell scripting and Programming
 Asterisk and other VoIP Systems like FreeSwitch
 Expert level IP Networking
 Virtualization and server technologies, Vmware, OpenStack etc
 DevOps knowledge and experience with latest tools and techniques
 Good programming skills (LAMP Stack)
 Strong Basics of Network Security
 Strong Basics of Cloud infrastructure (AWS, OpenStack, Digital Ocean)
 Education: BS/MS (CS/IT/SE)
 Trainings: CCNA/CCNP/MCSE/RHCE/RHCA, AWS Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps or equivalent
 Experience: Minimum years’ experience in BPO, SAAS, Call Center, IT Industry
 Location: Garden Town, Lahore, Pakistan.
 Timings: days a week, Am to Pm (Shift timings can be changed)

Job Specification

Contegris is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Manager Technical Support and Service Delivery in the field of Information Technology in one of their office located in LAHORE - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have ducation: bs/ms (cs/it/se)  trainings: ccna/ccnp/mcse/rhce/rhca, aws cloud infrastructure, devops or equivalent knowledge qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require linux, devops, bpo, saas, call center mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
