CubeXS Weatherly Pvt Ltd is looking for a Linux Administrator who wishes to grow in a dynamic Support environment. Our ideal candidate should be a customer-focused individual that leverages his technical expertise for giving best support that benefits our users. Responsibilities & Tasks:

Provide best support and solutions to our Customers through tickets, chat, emails, etc.

A desire to help people, and a strong sense of empathy for their needs.

Be a good team player who works well in a / collaborative environment.

Monitoring servers for stability and taking both proactive and reactive measures to correct and prevent issues.

Assisting clients in transferring and migration of the services.

Providing fellow system administrators and support representatives with technical support and guidance.

Installing, configuring and maintaining services such as apache, MySQL, and Exim across thousands of servers.

Documentation and reporting skills.

Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.

Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.

Implementing & installing MYSQL/MariaDB Database Server & GUI (phpMyAdmin).

Supervise Systems running Linux and Ensure continuity of Operation.

Design & Develop complete Email/Web Solution on CPanel, Zimbra, VestaCP, Zpanel, Plesk.

Relevant Experience:

BS/BE in Computer Science/Engineering or related field having - years of relevant work experience.

Must have sound concepts and knowledge of programming (PHP knowledge, and preferably intermediate knowledge of some other languages like Javascript, HTML, CSS, Bash and Python knowledge would be a plus.)

Good knowledge and concepts of Linux.

Knowledge of bash and perl shell scripting.

Advance knowledge of Exim & Apache.

Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.

Knowledge of PHP based Open Source web applications (Preferably: WordPress, Drupal, Magento etc).

Sound knowledge of different webstacks (Apache and Nginx are the norm).

Knowledge of MySQL and its optimization.

Knowledge of monitoring frameworks like Zabbix and Nagios would be a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical (problem-solving) skills.

Strong understanding of system and networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.

Should be process-oriented and Proactive.

Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to meet SLAs and deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and teaming skills - ability to set and enforce processes.

Knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments (like AWS, GCE, DO, etc.).

Ability to work in rotating shifts in x production operations, preferably supporting a highly available environment for PaaS/cloud service provider.
