We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead Generation Expert to lead our marketing and sales efforts, and drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Lead Generation Expert to make a significant impact and contribute to our company's success. As a Lead Generation Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy, building and managing a high-performing marketing team, and driving initiatives to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth.

Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate in lead generation and cold calling with the team
Assist the team in building portfolios, proposals, emails, blogs website copy etc. needed to make a consistent online presence and effective lead-generation strategy.
Continuously analyze marketing performance and make adjustments as necessary.
Implement data-driven decision-making by establishing KPIs and using analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Optimize lead generation and conversion strategies to maximize revenue.
Shape and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns such as cold emailing, cold calling, direct email, social media advertising, search engine advertising, display advertising such video & images, public relations, events & conferences, partnerships & sponsorships and thought leadership by creating & sharing valuable content, speaking at events, or writing blogs post that align with our overall marketing strategy and can attract qualified leads.
Good to have familiarity with the required tools such as;
(MailChimp, Active Campaigns, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Zoho Social, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Clearbit, Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft, Yesware, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud,Google Analytics, Power BI, Google Looker, Hubspot, Zoho CRM)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience managing team members in different cultures and time zones
Ability to think strategically and tactically to drive the value messaging success
Ownership mindset of individual and team objectives; Has the ability to work independently and resolve professional, technical, or operational project problems in a creative, methodical manner
Proficient in Google Docs used for data analysis and written communication
Must have strong ownership – drive projects through to completion
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties. Team player!
Proven track record of successful leadership in marketing and brand management.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
