Role summary

* Transform raw footage into polished videos with captions, overlays, and thumbnail graphics.

* Design Instagram carousel slides that repackage long-form content.

Key duties

* Deliver finished assets within h of receiving source files.

* Enforce brand-style guides (fonts, colors, pacing).

* Export vertical, square, and horizontal formats from a single project file.

Requirements

* Working knowledge of basic NLE software and simple motion graphics.

* Ability to batch-process captions and resize content for multiple platforms.

* Fast thumbnail ideation grounded in click-through-rate best practices.

* Strong visual taste; able to emulate modern tech-education aesthetics.

* Comfort learning new AI design aids and applying them to workflows.

Growth path: evolves into senior editor overseeing template libraries and junior contractors.
