We are looking for enthusiastic and charismatic individuals having knowledge & experience in International E-Commerce to assist our customers on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, & other international marketplaces.
- Managing complex customer situations promptly and professionally.
- Deliver a class apart from customer experience as measured by performance objectives and in accordance with the core values.
- Convey interest in each customer through words with courtesy and attention.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods
- Answering calls professionally and providing solutions to the customer.
- Responding to the customer’s queries within the given time frame.
- Minimum qualification Intermediate or Bachelors.
- Having expertise in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently with a good accent.
- A web-savvy individual with in-depth knowledge of the internet, search engine & E-commerce field.
- Strong Writing and Communication Skills.
- Customer Oriented and able to adapt and respond to different types of customers.

GE Solucions is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Jr. Customer Support Executive in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have intermediate qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require international, ebay, complex, customer, customer experience, performance, core, providing, methods, calls, solutions, intermediate, reading, writing, accent, internet, search engine, field, communication skills, market, health insurance, leave mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time evening shift job.
