Job Description:
• Assist Personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing
usability of system hardware and software.
• Conduct daily network backup operations and provide
support to end-users, resolving their system related issues.
• Strong coordination with IT dept, maintaining IT related
inventory, knowledge of CCTV camera.
• Trouble shoot hardware and software issues in person,
remotely and via phone.
• Assist employees with computer problem and answer their
questions.
