POSITION DETAILS

Key Responsibilities

Working collaboratively with our globally distributed teams you will:

• Lead project assignments with little oversight

• Coordinates and manages the entire project including scope, following up on project activities, schedule, resources and quality by working in a matrix-based organization with the engineering / product delivery teams

• Leading DevOps deployments, application development, Cloud Migrations and infrastructure implementations

• Manage the relationship with clients, manage communications between the clients and the internal teams

• In the execution phase, manage milestones for successful, on-time, on-budget completion, providing reporting as necessary against baseline schedule

• In the closing phase, conduct post-project lessons learned meetings and ensure identified improvements are incorporated in our tools and processes

• Maintain and report on Risk, Actions, Issues and Decision (RAID Log) for projects

• Prepare status updates (project dashboard and status reports) and lead project reviews

• Collaborate with fellow project managers on project staffing and task allocation,standardization, and process improvements

• Provide feedback to technical team leads on the performance of the project team.

Qualifications and experience you will need

• Degree in Computer Science or in a related field

• Project Management training and certification desirable (e.g. Project Management Institute (PMI) certified, as a PMP)

• Minimum of years of IT project management experience including managing digital transformation teams in an agile and waterfall environment

• IT Project Management experience preferred in any of the following: IT systems,

enterprise or infrastructure management, network security, application development and management, business applications and/or analytics, enterprise ecosystems; helpdesks and managed solutions are an asset.

• Working knowledge using JIRA or similar tools

• Strong customer service orientation and skilled at setting and managing customer expectations

• Demonstrated ability to present and interact effectively with clients, and stakeholders

• Ability to think and work systematically and logically to realize results

• Ability to manage multiple projects

• Familiar with Software Development Lifecycles and Azure DevOps deployments desirable

• Ability to work, deliver and steer under pressure

• Demonstrated ability to utilize project management tools to plan and manage projects

• Comfortable working remotely and independently on both local and global projects (in Singapore and EST time zones)

• Motivated in personal growth and development

• Ability to problem solve, think critically, and have strong analytical, organizational, project management, and decision-making skill set

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, both internally and with clients
