Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Information Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the security and integrity of our information systems, drive continuous improvement in security processes, and support business continuity initiatives. Teh job will be based onsite in Muslim Town with Market competitive salary in AED

Key Responsibilities:

General Information:

• Design and monitor cost-effective security programs for information systems and networks.

• Conduct periodic IT security risk assessments and implement preventive measures.

• Provide security training and awareness sessions for employees; coordinate with IT staff on best practices.

• Review and update IT policies and procedures regularly.

• Monitor development and implementation of software, infrastructure, and operational projects.

• Ensure all IT sections comply with management policies and audit recommendations.

• Support investigations of reported information security incidents.

• Report on IT security effectiveness and follow up on audit recommendations.

Information Security Management System (ISMS):

• Identify and assess security risks, implementing appropriate controls.

• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and guidelines.

• Lead internal and external ISMS audits and drive continuous improvements.

• Oversee incident management and ensure timely reporting of security events.

Business Continuity Management System (BCMS):

• Develop and maintain BCMS in line with ISO standards.

• Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments.

• Prepare, test, and update Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.
