Description
Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, orders, data entry for shipping.
Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
Processes claims on customers shortages and overages.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
