Description
Assist in day-to-day HR Operations (Daily attendance/time management, Employee record/database management, etc.)
Assist in the induction of new hires / Responsible for orientation of new hires
Actively participate in the recruitment process (schedule & manage interviews, screening calls, shortlisting resumes, placement of job ads, etc.)
Actively participate & coordinate in training sessions
To assist in employee engagement activities
Other days to day tasks as & when required

Confidential is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Human Resource - Intern in the field of Human Resources in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bba / mba (hrm) qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require hr operations, time management, database management, orientation, recruitment, screening, placement, training, employee engagement mandatory skills. This is a Internship morning shift job.
