Position: HR Manager  

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the company's objectives and regulatory requirements.

Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Provide expert advice and guidance to management on HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.

Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, and proactively identify and mitigate legal risks.

Oversee employee benefits administration, payroll processing, and HRIS management to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.

Develop and deliver training programs on HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices for employees and managers.

Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve HR objectives and support organizational goals.

Manage HR budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure efficient resource allocation and effective decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.

 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the financial services or consulting industry.

Strong knowledge of UAE employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proven leadership ability and ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
