*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate will be responsible for:
Maintaining a database of potential candidates.
Assisting in maintaining employee file records.
Sending reference check emails for newly hired employees and following up accordingly.
Planning and organizing monthly birthdays.
Recruitment process (Scheduling and coordinating interviews)
Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.
Planning and execution of employee engagement events.
Maintaining HR presence on different social media channels including LinkedIn and Facebook.
*REQUIRED JOB SPECIFICATIONS
-Qualification Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
