Description
We are a U.S.-based medical billing company with a sub-office located in Abbottabad, Pakistan.
We provide comprehensive Credentialing, medical billing and revenue cycle management services to healthcare providers in the United States. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base.
Job Type: Full-time (On Site /Remote)

Qualifications:
• Minimum + years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• A working knowledge of medical billing terminology and processes
• Understanding of the U.S. healthcare system.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients in the U.S. healthcare industry, with a focus on physician practices, hospitals, and clinics.
• Analyse the specific needs and challenges faced by potential clients in terms of medical billing and revenue cycle management.
• Generate qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing and networking with healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
• Deliver effective sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our medical billing services and expertise.
• Negotiate contract terms to secure new clients and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to medical billing and healthcare in the United States.
