Description

HOST/HOSTESS FOR EXCLUSIVE RESTAURANT:

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional way

• Act as an ambassador for the restaurant and ensure guest satisfaction with proper manner

• Achieve performance standard in delivering consistent and quality customer service

• Investigate, reply and follow up guests' complaints and ensure all cases are handled promptly, accurately and professionally

• Collect feedback and reflect customer needs and expectations

• Build up and maintain harmonious relationship with customers

• Handle calls and mails related to order inquiries

• Comply with all services requirements and SOPs

• Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.

• Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.

• Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.

• Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.

• Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.

• Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions.

• Good knowledge the menu.

• Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.

• Providing great customer service.

The ideal candidate should have matric qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require restaurant, professional, guest satisfaction, performance, quality, customer service, complaints, feedback, customer, build, relationship, calls, order, providing, seating, tables, food, service, phone, matric mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
