Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assisting with and coordinating patient care
- Allocating nursing and healthcare resources where needed
- Organizing nurses' notes regarding patients
- Providing patient paperwork to doctors
- Coordinating patient payments with the payments department or process payments on their own
- Participating in the hiring of new nursing staff and training new hires
- Creating schedules for nursing staff
- Resolving employee conflicts
- Resolving patient issues.
- Creating reports for facility management.
Note:This Position is only for female candidates. The location is near Kharadar.

DMK Consultancy is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Head Nurse in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require patient care, nursing, healthcare, organizing, notes, providing, payments, process, hiring, nursing staff, training, facility management mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 70k to 90k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
