About Us
- Respond to new leads through calls, messages, WhatsApp, or email.
- Explain our tutoring services, subjects offered, tutor profiles, pricing, and class structure.
- Identify student needs and recommend suitable tutoring programmes.
- Schedule trial classes and ensure parents receive all necessary details.
- Follow up actively with leads that are not immediately converted.
- Track trial class outcomes (connected, not connected, trial done/not done).
- Convert trials into regular classes.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Provide feedback to management on lead quality and customer concerns.
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers can apply)
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Comfortable working night shift
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or google sheets, CRM and data entry
- Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Profyd is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Hiring Sales Executive in Lahore - Profyd in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduate or undergraduate qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience.
