WebNike is seeking a motivated and results-driven Online Course Front Sales Specialist to join our team and help us grow our customer base by promoting our courses to potential learners for its office in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi.
Responsibilities:
· Drive sales growth through selling and supporting customer profiles
· Manage the full sales life cycle from prospecting to closing
· Ensure punctuality and effective time management
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
· Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
· Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
Requirements:
· Minimum year of experience in front sales of OC
· Proven track record of meeting the sales or exceeding sales targets
· Excellent communications and negotiation skills
· Ability to handle pressure
· Minimum A-levels
