Description
Selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day routine task, ensuring the office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. Serve all visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately, attend telephone calls (all internal & external) by using PABX promptly, receive couriers, parcels, items or other materials, send them to concerned department / person. The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.

Karsaz (Pvt) Ltd is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Front Desk Officer in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelor degree (b. com/bba/b.e/b.s). qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require excellent time management, multitasking, excellent interpersonal skill, strong communication, outstanding knowledge of ms office, office, operations, business, activities, directing, telephone, calls, internal, materials, organization mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 40k to 50k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
